Reservation Policy 

1、Check-in time: 3PM-11PM
      Check-out time: 7AM-11AM
NO SHOW CHARGES: Failure to check in on time will result in a No-Show fee which is 100% of your first day reservation and will be charged to your credit card.Late Check-out: You can request late check-out which could be extended till 2PM at the time of your hotel booking. The late check-out would charge NTD 500 per hour.
      

2、Upon completion of the booking, and to ensure the validity of the credit card provided, a pre-authorization charge equivalent to the first night’s room rate will be processed prior to your arrival. (This pre-authorization is strictly for card validation purposes, a standard industry practice, and does not constitute an actual charge, thereby safeguarding your rights and interests.) Should the provided credit card prove to be invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately without recourse or objection from the booker.

3、Children aged 6 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), using existing bedding. Extra bed is necessary for anyone over 6 years old; reservation is required in advance. An extra bed will cost additional NT$700.

4、To maintain good quality of your stay, smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the facility, which include corridor, balcony and emergency exit. If a smoking violation occurs in the hotel, the guest will be charged a NT$10,000 non-refundable cleaning fee.

5.Pets are NOT permitted in hotel facilities except for licensed guide dogs only.If you need the assistance of guide dogs during your stay, please kindly notify us in advance before your arrival.

6.Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Photo identification must also match the name of the reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification when checking in.

7.The room amenities are complimentary during your stay, including hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, room decorations, furniture, etc. Please don’t take them away.
Please cherish room facilities and amenities, any damage is required to be compensated.

8.Cancellation Policy
-  Cancellation at least 7 days prior to arrival is free of charge and you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit.
-  Kindly remind you that guaranteed reservations are not allowed to cancel or modify within 7 days before arrival or will be subject to a 100% of cancellation fee.
-   For cancellation on arrival, during stay or no show, you will be charged 100% of the stay based on the type of room you’ve chosen.

Mille Rich hotel can take the reservation confirmation as credit card authorization, and the fee will be charged from your guaranteed credit card.

9.Reservation can be canceled due to typhoon warning and called off work and school in Taitung Township, which should be announced by Central Weather Bureau. Any irresistible factors such as the traffic interruption caused by natural disasters are included in this policy as well.

10、No Show: Please kindly be aware that Mille Rich hotel can take the reservation confirmation as credit card authorization and charge No-Show fee which is 100% of your first day reservation from your credit card.

11、Kindly remind you that guaranteed reservations are not allowed to cancel or modify within 7 days before arrival. Room rate will be charged as the changed date. All the amended reservations cannot be canceled for free and only can be changed for once.

12.To ensure the accommodation quality for all guests, please don’t create excessive noise in your room.

13、The hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards gambling, drug abusing, carrying illegal and dangerous items, holding illegal parties or having sexual service. If we found, we’ll report to the police immediately.
